Set atop 11 North Moore, a condominium designed by Morris Adjmi, this penthouse project was first conceived through a staging collaboration with Douglas Elliman. Drummond Projects curated a furnishing and spatial strategy that highlighted the expansive scale of the residence, framing its sweeping views of Tribeca with a tailored interior composition.

Following the sale, the client engaged Drummond Projects to transition the staged environment into a permanent home. The original selections were refined and expanded with additional pieces, creating a cohesive interior that merges real estate presentation with long-term livability. The result is a residence that balances the architectural clarity of Adjmi’s design with interiors that feel collected, warm, and enduring.
